Depending on the season, you should book your photo session 2 weeks to one month in advance. If your schedule is limited, I recommend booking as far out as necessary in order to find a date that works with our availability and yours. Weddings are frequently booked 6 months to 1 year in advance. Before your session...... It's important to send your deposit in order to secure your date. This is particularly necessary during the spring and fall months when photo sessions are in high demand. I will contact you the day before your session to confirm our time together. What to wear.... This is a frequently asked question when having a portrait taken. My preference as your photographer are simple colors. If your clothing has a busy print, it takes away from the focus, YOU. Some families choose the same color theme; others like different shades of the same color. I find simple clothing, whether or not everyone is identical, leads to a beautiful photograph with the people being the main attraction. When to photograph your baby...... I have found babies are perfect at any stage to photograph. My favorite time is probably 3 months and older. When scheduling your session, take into account when your baby feels their best. Most are happiest after a nap and snack. What happens after your session...... Approximately one week after your Standard Photo Session or two weeks after your Wedding, your online photo album will ready for viewing. At that time you'll be given your login information to access the online album at Collages.Net. You will easily be able to forward your album to friends and family so they can share in your moments. You will also be able to order prints through Collages.Net, a truly superior printing company. Below is a link to Collages.Net where you can login.
